• Sophos Sandbox:

The Sophos Sandbox requires an additional license. When activated it will send email attachements to a sandbox where it checks for malicious software

Extension Filtering

• Email Protection -> SMTP -> Malware
  • File Extension Filter (2. box from the bottom)
  • remove or add extensions as required

Antispam

• Confirmed SPAM:

An email gets rejected when it fails a HELO/RDNS, BATV or SPF check.

Here you can add aditional Blackhole lists

Spam Filter

• Decide what to do with SPAM mails:
  • nothing
  • warn
  • quarantine
  • blackhole

Sender Blacklist

Add patterns to block mails

Pattern example: *@xmen.de - Blocks all mails from xmen.de

Expression Filter

Filter mails with certain keywords out.
